Rachel Money
Emcee

Rachel Money

Emcee, business leader & community advocate

Rachel Money has spent more than twenty years figuring out how big ideas actually move through the world. As Global Sales Director at Procter & Gamble, she leads P&G’s international Costco business across Latin America, Asia, and Europe. She also advises emerging consumer brands, and is a licensed real estate agent serving the Eastside through Evergreen Hill Homes.

Rachel navigated a childhood shaped by homelessness and addiction before attending Cornell University as an Ivy League Merit Scholar, where she studied finance and law.

Her second full-time job, as she describes it, is the one that doesn’t pay. Rachel serves in leadership roles with Scouting America, the YMCA, and Western Washington University’s Morse Leadership Institute. She has been a foster mom and counts philanthropic fundraising among her passions. Across her service, the theme is the same: giving young people the tools, confidence, and mentorship to lead before anyone tells them they’re ready.

Rachel lives in the Bellevue area, where she has built her career, raised her family, and found the community she now serves. She’s delighted to host TEDxIssaquah and spend a day listening to her neighbors think out loud.
